It's never way too late to start anti-aging skin care routines with Bio-Essence's 24K Bio-Gold Rose Gold Water

I use to believe that anti-aging skin care are meant for us to use when we hit our 40s but girl- was I never so wrong. At the ripe age of 20, anyone can start using mild anti-aging products to prevent premature aging and development of fine lines and wrinkles.

Let's be a little honest here, when you're in your 20s as a stressed college student or struggling fresh grad, we all tend to worry over almost everything and these could actually take a toll on not only our mental/physical health, but also our skin. Our very delicate skin can be stretched or wrinkled paired with changes to certain other aspects of our skin.

This is where and when anti-aging products come into our daily routines. For a college student in their 20s like me, mild anti-aging products that help prevent fine lines are a good investment.

This 24K Bio-Gold Rose Gold Water is actually essence water that is infused with all the goodness of Eijitsu, a rose extract from Japan to help with hydrating the skin along with really beautiful golden flakes.

I've been using this essence for a good 2-3 weeks now and I have to say I loved it. It wasn't showing much difference on my face yet but for sure my skin is a lot more supple now.

The Bio-Essence 24K Bio-Gold Rose Gold Water claims to :

  1. Hydration for a soft and supple complexion
  2. Reduce fine lines and  slow down the formation of fine lines
  3. Reduce pores  and tightens enlarged pores
  4. Regulate moisture - sebum level
A part of me was just screaming when I saw the claims. It's perfectly what I needed! My mother, being the amazing person she ever is, bought me a full-sized 100ml product as a surprise gift.

I couldn't get enough of the packaging as the beautiful pinkish tint of the bottle long with the little golden flakes in the product looks extremely luxurious and elegant.

The product itself smells like expensive perfume but milder. It just feels good to even have it in my hands.

It provides a cool feeling when it touches the skin and the fragrance wasn't too overwhelming as I do enjoy the scent.

Scent:
The fragrance isn't too overwhelming but it has a pleasant and floral scent which reminds me of luxurious perfumes.

Packaging:
I can not stress how much I love the packaging. The light pink bottle along with the floating tiny golden flakes look extremely posh. It features a metallic pink cap as well.

Price: RM68.00

Pros:
  • Absorbs as soon as it hits the skin
  • Makes the skin feel extremely supple
  • Non-greasy
Cons:
  • The golden flakes are difficult to get out
Repurchase?
Of course

The verdict:
It's my very first essence I've used and it made me feel a little bit more of a princess with the posh and classy feeling to the product. So far, I can't see a huge difference in any fine lines but I do notice the lines around my eyes are fading slightly. It provides a very nice matte base for any other products to be layered on top as well.
