Travel Photo Diary: Majestic Gyeongbokgung

by - June 25, 2015

Hey lovelies, my new school term has started /sobs

I didn't get to do much during my 9 day holiday; i mostly stayed home to prepare for level 4 Korean.

It's just the start of Level 4 and already feeling pressed about this term. The amount of presentations and exams are too many. all in korean!

Anyways, i'm taking this opportunity to upload a collection of the photos i took in Gyeongbokgung Palace back then.

Gyeongbokgung Palace hold such rich tradition and culture. It's definitely the most dignified out of all the other Palaces around Seoul. Honestly, all the Palaces look the same lol but Gyeongbokgung is the most popular due to the high rate of tourists.

Gyeongbokgung palace is easy to go having the subway stop directly beside the palace itself. Inside Gyeongbokgung is not only the palace grounds but also the National Korean Folk Museum which the entry is free and you get to see and learn so much more about Korean History.

I love exploring the Palaces in Seoul. God knows how many times i've been to the Palaces; about 5 times i reckon. Despite usually crowded with people, i love visiting the Palaces on colder days, taking a stroll around breathing in the beauty of it.
